ANNEX - HOLIBOB PAYMENT GATEWAY

1. Description of Service

1.1. If an Annex specifies that Holibob will provide the Holibob Payment Gateway, Holibob shall:

1.1.1. provide or procure the functionality to process payments, and process payments, for Bookings from Customers;

1.1.2. verify the accuracy and completeness of all card transaction data submitted for a Booking (“Card Transaction Data”), including determining the appropriate action to be taken for each such transaction (approve, void, reject or decline);

1.1.3. maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards for all Card Transaction Data and use only approved or validated payment software applications.
