ANNEX - MARKETING PLATFORM

1. Go Live

 1.1. Holibob shall provide the Marketing Platform Services from the relevant Go Live Date (which will not be before the Target Go Live Date). 

2. Description of Services

2.1. Holibob shall:

2.1.1. through various channels (such as WhatsApp or email), send communications directly to Customers offering Tours and Experiences relevant to the Customer. In doing so, Holibob shall;

2.1.1.1. contact Customers to enquire as to the quality or satisfaction of their initial product purchase from the Partner;

2.1.1.2. gain information from the Customer about their preferences, which information will be stored and analysed by Holibob to personalise and optimise the Tours and Experiences then offered to the Customer; and

2.1.1.3. provide the Customer with a referral URL directing the Customer to a web-app (“Web-App”) which will display a selection of Tours and Experiences for that Customer.

 2.2. Holibob shall determine the manner in which and the method of contacting Customers, which it may change at any time and from time to time.

 2.3. For Customers who want to make a Booking, Holibob shall provide the functionality for a Booking to be made by the Customer in accordance with this Annex.

 2.4. Holibob Suppliers: If the Partner has opted to use Holibob Suppliers, Holibob shall:

2.4.1. provide and display Holibob Content on the Web-App;

2.4.2. provide the Holibob Payment Gateway to enable Customers to make payments for Bookings via the Web-App;

2.4.3. provide booking terms and conditions which apply to a Customer’s use of the booking service provided by the Web-App.

2.5. Partner Suppliers: If the Partner has opted to use Partner Suppliers, Holibob shall:

2.5.1. provide the functionality to display, and display, the Partner Content on the Web-App; and

2.5.2. provide the functionality to enable Customers to make payments for Bookings through the Partner Payment Gateway, and if requested by the Partner and the payment gateway provider’s functionality permits it, ensure the integration of the Partner Payment Gateway enables the Partner to automatically transfer the relevant part of a Customer’s payment for a Booking to the relevant Partner Supplier.

3. Partner Obligations

3.1. If the Partner has opted to use Partner Suppliers, the Partner shall:

3.1.1. provide the Partner Payment Gateway;

3.1.2. provide booking terms and conditions which apply to a Customer’s use of the booking service provided by the Web-App; and

3.1.3. provide Holibob with access to the Partner’s relevant Customer data, including name, travel destination, phone number and email address, as required by Holibob from time to time in order to provide the Marketing Platform Services.
